Planimetry

The project seeks to create harmony between opposites: "Natural and Synthetic," taking advantage of the qualities of each to improve the lives of people in every aspect, a philosophy that seeks to create balance in the design, and style of life.

One of the qualities of the proposed project is the development of an elevated plaza to ground through barriers "breaking" them, bringing the textures of the forest and the beach to the project, creating different spaces and environments.

On the first floor you can find commercial land use in the hexagonal modules, and the receptions of both buildings, the Hotel and the building of clinics and offices.

On the next floor areas the modules are alternated by the use of space in the gap, is also worth noting that environments that require less area are placed in the east and west facades to leave a wing of solar protection.

 

 

The service module in the Clinics tower, recreational module on the bridge connecting the two towers and the restaurant area in the Hotel tower, this distribution was designed looking for their relationship to the project and the least amount of transfer for the user to find all the services nearby.

In this section you can find the distribution of areas within the building, is also seen as the hotel tower has the best waterfront location to give guests a better view, and as arpvoechan all spaces to the maximum.

 

The north facade is used to create a glass curtain wall in all hotel and clinics modules, to maximize the visuals into the forest, the city and the beach, making these more contemplative spaces with optimum sun exposure.

 

Corresponds to the eastern façade of the hotel tower, where the rooms with spectacular views, all with eaves provide sun protection out to the project while minimizing the use of air conditioning.

On the south façade modulation breaks the other facades, opening the building, creating a transition area between the exterior and the interior, which are the common space and service area, taking into account sunscreen with different structural modules , which can be exploited for advertising and other means.

This is an outline of the module's versatility to adapt to three different requested areas.

The following is a complementary information of the structure and modulation of parking and the elevated plaza, worth noting that the parking were built on ground level, to avoid any damage due to the proximity to the sea.
