One of the best perspectives of the project, where you can see the integration of all the design, where the exterior merges with the interior of the building and invites the people without setting a limit, only intuited.
In this perspective we can appreciate the scale of the modules and the towers, creating a monumentality to the viewer in order to impress visitors.

On the roof there are separate modules that frame the views of different parts of the project, these were used to create lounges areas with a bar that serves people who want to enjoy the views and a good atmosphere.
The roof also offers different landscaped areas where you can admire the sea views, almost fading the feeling of the building, then highlight the same in the area of the bar and longue.
One of the most important details is the study of the location of the most important rooms, which have a unique view of the sunrise from the ocean, without having to leave their rooms.
This detail shows the double structure that owns the building, the main structure is made of concrete and supports the towers, and a secondary is made of metal that supports modules, allowing these to be removed for remodeling, or simply changing their location.
This is a panoramic view of the building, seen from a real perspective of the main highway that passes between the project and the beach.
